Wantage has high customs credit qualifications and a professional team to coordinate and design the best customs clearance model for you, making customs clearance fast and convenient;
Customers need to communicate with our export salesperson in advance about shipping details, shipping bookings, and trailer logistics;
Wantage takes care of everything after installing the cabinets.
Forex
Wantage provides customers with professional foreign exchange settlement services, and can also provide foreign exchange hedging services according to customer needs;
Foreign exchange settlement: Wantage collects and settles foreign exchange on its behalf, and the foreign exchange is settled and paid on the day the foreign exchange arrives (if the foreign exchange arrives too late, payment will be postponed to the next working day).
Tax Refund
Advance tax refund: Wantage provides advanced tax refund services, and the tax refund will arrive in your account within 3 working days if the documents are complete;
Normal tax refund: Wantage handles tax refund in compliance with regulations. According to the normal progress of the tax bureau, it usually takes 3 to 6 months for the tax refund to arrive. In this case, there is no need to pay export service fees.
Commodity Inspection/Certificate of Origin
Goods exported through Wantage need to issue a certificate of origin/commercial certificate, etc. on our header for the buyer's customs clearance. It takes 1-2 working days and the cost will be reimbursed.

Import agent
The customer signed the "Import Agency Agreement" with Wantage;
Wantage Company's robust bank-enterprise platform can provide customers with high-quality financial services in import foreign exchange purchases, trade financing, and letter of credit guarantees;
Provide foreign import documents to our company in advance, including invoices/packing lists/contracts/bills of lading/certificates, etc.;
Our company handles all documents required for import, including commodity inspection/3C exemption/import license, etc.;
Pay taxes on import duties and VAT;
After the customs releases the goods, we will arrange for delivery to the entrusting party or pick up the goods ourselves.
Customs clearance
General cargo import customs clearance process:
Review import documents → Exchange orders → Customs declaration pre-recording → Commodity inspection → Pay taxes → Customs inspection or release → Animal health inspection → Delivery;
Documents required for customs clearance: contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.
Issuance of letter of credit
Negotiate letter of credit terms;
advance deposit;
issue letters of credit;
Foreign suppliers prepare goods and deliver orders;
Wantage customs clearance and negotiation.

Domestic supporting transportation
Wantage Company cooperates with domestic logistics companies to provide supporting facilities.
We can provide diversified trailer services including import and export inland/China-Hong Kong/refrigerated trailers according to the different requirements of customers;
The towing fee is based on the preferential price between Wantage Company and the logistics company, and is reimbursed in real terms.
international logistics
Wantage can provide diversified international logistics services including sea transportation and air transportation. Covering major ports around the world, the price is advantageous;
Currently, we only accept general cargo. We do not accept powders, liquids, chemicals, dangerous goods, etc. for the time being.
Customers need to provide the product name, weight, volume, quantity, required container type, domestic port of departure, port of destination, consignee name, address, contact information, and packaging form of the specific goods.
